Dr. Jin Yong Sim

Dr. Jin Yong Sim is thrilled to return home to Georgia and join our practice, bringing a unique blend of clinical excellence and cutting-edge innovation to our endodontic team. Having spent years in Atlanta completing his Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and Master’s in Computer Science at Georgia Tech, Dr. Sim has deep roots in the Georgia community. After pursuing advanced dental training in the Northeast, he is excited to return to serve patients right here in Georgia.

Dr. Sim is an accomplished clinician who earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the New York University College of Dentistry. He then completed a General Practice Residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, before pursuing his specialty training in Endodontics at Temple University in Philadelphia. His clinical and research interests are at the forefront of modern dentistry, focusing on advanced root canal cleaning protocols and integrating artificial intelligence into root canal treatment planning.

Committed to giving back, Dr. Sim’s dedication to patient care extends both locally and internationally. He has proudly volunteered with Mission of Mercy to serve patients closer to home and has regularly gone on mission trips to provide dental care in Mexico. Fluent in both English and Korean, Dr. Sim is dedicated to collaborating closely with referring dentists to provide the highest quality, most compassionate endodontic care to our community.

Dr. Sim is a ABE board-eligible endodontist.
